Vois - Social Media Campaign
One of my most successful campaigns at Vois involved partnering with another non-profit to create a capsule collection. I collaborated with the CORAL team to align our communication strategy and designed and managed all social media posts across various platforms. This campaign effectively advocated for both brands, resulting in increased awareness and donations.
Building Brand and Cause Awareness Through Social Media
My key goals for this campaign were to drive awareness for a new brand and an important cause, engage with potential customers, and generate sales of the collection through our website. Additionally, the campaign aimed to increase donations for the cause by driving traffic from social to our website and the non-profit partner’s website.
My Strategy
Increase Awareness
- Create visually appealing and informative posts about the new brand and the cause.
- Use a consistent brand voice and messaging to build recognition.
- Leverage hashtags and keywords related to the brand and cause to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with influencers and advocates who align with the brand and cause to expand reach.
Engage with Potential Customers
Active, consistent engagement demonstrates attentiveness, builds trust and credibility, and shapes a positive brand image, making it more appealing to customers.

Drive Traffic
- Highlight the unique selling points of the collection and its connection to the cause.
- Use clear and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) directing users to the e-commerce website.
- Regularly post content that includes direct links and shoppable tags.
- Include donation links in social media bios, posts, and stories.
My Results
Follower Growth
With this campaign, I successfully increased the follower count on the Shop Vois Instagram page by a significant amount for a new account.
Engagement Rate
Consistent engagement rates between 2% and 7% were maintained for the duration of the campaign, which is exceptionally high for a retail brand.
Referral traffic
Traffic on the website surged from this social media campaign pulling in customers from Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Final Thoughts
By leveraging the power of social media, I successfully enhanced brand recognition, fostered a strong connection with my audience, and made a positive impact on the cause the campaign supported. All of this demonstrated the effectiveness of a well-executed social media strategy in building both brand and cause awareness.
